On 19 February 2015, Maxim Zagrebin, Head of OEM Sales at Izolyator visited SVEL Power Transformers plant at Yekaterinburg.
An introduction to Andrey Shmakov, the new Head of Purchasing Department was made. The sides discussed plans for 2015 and agreed to organize a seminar for technical specialists at the plant in March 2015.
