On 28 January 2016, Sergey Moiseev, General Director at Izolyator attended a meeting with the Governor of The Moscow Region delivering an Annual Address to the public on Istra municipal district delegation.

The Moscow Region Government House venue gathered a representative audience of the Moscow Region Government members, Parliament members, representatives of local government bodies, law-enforcement bodies, denomination leaders, The Public Chamber of the Moscow Region leaders, local municipal public chambers representatives, people of art and cultural workers, entrepreneurs and mass media.

Andrey Dunaev, Head of Administration of Istra Municipal District headed the delegation that also included Olga Popova, General Director at Istra Chamber of Commerce and Industry Union and Sergey Popov, General Director at Mansurovskoe Quarry CJSC.
