Izolyator — Partner to Electromontazh 2017 Congress

On 17–18 April 2017, Izolyator partnered with the second All-Russian Electromontazh 2017 Congress: “Technologies of innovative development”, which took place during Electro 2017 in Moscow.

The following industry professionals took part in its work: representatives of relevant ministries and state agencies, experts and competent representatives of large power equipment OEMs, representatives of transport infrastructure and utilities as well as professional training insititutes.

At “Assembly and installation of power equipment, diagnostics and service” session, Alexey Pilyugin, Lead Commissioning Engineer at SVN Service of Izolyator made a report on high-voltage equipment condition control by method of online coordination between the manufacturer and the end user. In his speech, he said the Izolyator plant implements automated information system, whose database will keep the entire data on the high-voltage bushing. I.e. any operator would have a direct link to the manufacturing plant, enabling it to take decisions during bushings’ operation with the best efficiency and timeliness. With the well-developed internet coverage of today, with the rapidly developing mobile internet access, this tool with be in high demand in the near future and would provide a basis for a closer interaction with the operating company, - and that is a fundament of the successful and fault-free operation of electric engineering products.

Presently, Izolyator cooperates in staff training in installation, operation and emergency recovering works on high-voltage bushings with the largest gird companies of the country. Interaction between the manufacturer and the consumer never stops during the service life of transformer and reactor equipment.

In the frame of the Congress, a special visiting session was organized and invited to Izolyator plant. During the plant tour, the congress attendees familiarized themselves with the innovative designs and main production stages of high-voltage bushings, including those with the unique RIP insulation.
