Training Video on Bushings Installation at Power Facilities

Izolyator has prepared for partners and customers a new video tutorial “Installation of high-voltage bushings with solid RIP insulation made by Izolyator at power facilities”.

The film is a video instruction that details processes of installation of high-voltage bushings for switches in substations.

It is available for viewing on Izolyator’s channel on Youtube and on the company’s corporate webpage.

We are grateful to top management and specialists of the Moscow Unified Grid Company (MOESK) for their help in the video preparation. Our special thanks to the management of the Power Lines of the North, MOESK for organization of shooting at Vikhrevo 110/6 kV substation.

Izolyator has successfully developed and made up to 800 kV HV RIP bushings for over 15 years. Our experience of mass production of such bushings in Russia and power sector of other countries shows that a bushing’s installation in a transformer is a vitally important stage for its further successful operation. The correct installation and relevant measurements create a solid basis for a secure fault-free operation of a high-voltage bushing for years.
