Accounting Basics for The Talent Pool Specialists

On 21–29 May 2018, Izolyator trained its staff members to the accounting basics as part of high potential staff members development program.

Chief Accountant Elena Posokh prepared and taught the course.

Over five classes the students familiarized themselves with the essence and contents of bookkeeping operation, fixed assets of a company, stores, finished goods, employee advances, accounting (financial) reporting, tax system in Russian Federation.

The knowledge, received by the succession planning candidates significantly broadened their professional outlook, created the basis for a more advanced study of the subject and for taking qualified managerial decisions.
