Talks at Power Machines — Toshiba. High-voltage Transformers
On 7 August 2018, Head of OEM Sales at Izolyator Maxim Zagrebin had talks at Power Machines — Toshiba. High-voltage Transformers plant in Saint Petersburg.
Power Machines — Toshiba. High-voltage Transformers is a joint venture of Power Machines and Toshiba Corporation. The project started in September 2011 with signing of a JV set up agreement and construction of power transformers manufacturing facility in Russia. 50.01 % share of the JV’s capital is owned by Power Machines and 49.99 % share belongs to Toshiba corporation. 110–750 kV power transformers and ATs of 25 MVA capacity including units in three-phase arrangement are the key product of the plant. The production capacity of the facility is more than 10 000 MVA annually. Headcount — about 350 staff members. The overall investment in the project amounted to 5.5 bln rubles.
