Business meetings with industrial and energy companies of Iran

From August 25 to 27, 2019, Izolyator representatives held a number of business meetings at Iran’s industrial and energy companies.

Visits to the following enterprises took place:

• Arya Transfo Group Transformer Plant in Semnan,
• Transformer Plant Iran Transfo Corp. in the city of Zanjan,
• Thermal Power Plants Holding Company in Tehran,
• Engineering company Monenco Iran Consulting Engineers.

At the meetings Izolyator was represented by Manager of Export Sales Alexander Znamensky and Viktor Kiryukhin, lead technical support specialist.

All events were held with the organizational support and active participation of the Iranian company Fanavaran Pooya Sanat Vafa, which was represented by Member of Board & Executive Manager Mojtaba Nezam and Sales Expert Amir Iranshahi.

Arya Transfo Group

On August 25, the Izolyator presentation was held at the Arya Transfo Group transformer plant in Semnan.

Arya Transfo Group consists of two companies, Arya Transfo Shargh and Arya Transfo Ghodrat and is located in the Shahmirzad industrial zone, 30 km north of Semnan city Iran.

Arya Transfo is a privately owned company primarily engaged in the manufacture of electrical power transformers, and also distribution transformers and compact substations.

Applications for the transformers include electrical power plants, electrical distribution network, industrial plant, and with shunt reactors.

Representatives of the Izolyator plant made a presentation of the enterprise and its products, introduced the audience to the success of the plant in international cooperation, including many years of experience in the electrical market of Iran.

Particular attention was paid to the advantages of high-voltage bushings with internal RIP insulation and their successful operation experience.

During the presentation and subsequent talks, representatives of the Arya Transfo Group plant showed great interest in the products of Izolyator.

Iran Transfo Corp.

On August 26, negotiations were held at the Iran Transfo Corp transformer plant in the city of Zanjan.

Iran Transfo Corp. backed by half of century experience in transformer industry, as a leading manufacturer in the Middle East are always looking to improve the quality and variety of products to keep pace with today's technology.

Products include a wide range of small distribution transformers to large power transformers, special transformers to suit the industrial requirements, transformer equipment and a full range of substations.

Presently, Iran Transfo Corp.’s production capacity is 23000 MVA per annum.

Iran Transfo Corp. exports its products to the neighboring countries Syria, Iraq, Pakistan.

The production facilities of this 10 000 people corporation are in Zanzhan. The company is headquartered in Teheran.

Thermal Power Plants Holding Company

On August 27, the Izolyator plant held a seminar at the Thermal Power Plants Holding Company in Tehran.

Based on the frameworks for facilitating the participation of private sectors in thermal power generation, Thermal Power Plants Holding Company (TPPH) is responsible for organizing government activities in the field of thermal power generation; leading its subsidiaries; planning, development, management and operation of its subsidiaries’ plants based on the policies of Ministry of Energy.

Representatives of Izolyator plant held a seminar for TPPH technicians serving Iranian power grid facilities. The thematic focus of the seminar was the technical and operational advantages of high-voltage bushings with internal RIP insulation.

Thanks to high professional level of the seminar, specialists received comprehensive answers to all questions related to the design, production and operation of Izolyator high-voltage bushings.

Following the seminar, both parties confirmed their mutual desire to continue developing cooperation using all the possibilities.

Monenco Iran Consulting Engineers

On August 27, the Izolyator plant was presented at the engineering company Monenco Iran Consulting Engineers.

Monenco Iran Consulting Engineers, a leading global provider of professional engineering and consulting services was formed in 1973 as a joint venture between the private sector of Iran and Montreal Engineering Company of Canada and started its activities in Iran energy industry.

Currently, Monenco Iran Consulting Engineers is a private entity which Mapna Group, AMEC Foster Wheeler, and MIR Engineering and Technology Management Company (Employees' share) are the main shareholders of.

An extensive presentation of Izolyator products was held, where the technological features of high-voltage bushings with internal RIP insulation production and their competitive advantages against paper-oil insulation were presented in full detail.

Thanks to almost 20 years of Izolyator plant experience in manufacturing of bushings with RIP insulation, comprehensive answers were given to all questions from Monenco Iran Consulting Engineers. Achievements of Izolyator in the supply of bushings to power facilities of foreign power grid companies received additional coverage.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to develop cooperation on a mutually beneficial and long-term basis.

All events of a business visit to Iran were held in an atmosphere of deep interest of the parties and focus on the active development of cooperation in the near and distant future.
