Awarding Izolyator staff members on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the enterprise

On 11 June 2021, in connection with the 125th anniversary of Izolyator, the plant held a ceremony to present its staff members with awards and gift from the administrative institutions of the Moscow Region and Izolyator.

On behalf of the Moscow region authorities, the awards were presented by the Head of the Administration of the Shakhovskaya city district of the Moscow region, Zamir Gadzhiev.

The ceremony began with the awarding of the honorary title ‘Honored Worker of Industry of the Moscow Region’.

The honorary title ‘Honored Worker of Industry of the Moscow Region’ is awarded to highly qualified workers, executives of industrial enterprises, production associations, research and development organizations, workers of industrial management bodies who have special merits in the development of industry, in achieving high production efficiency indicators, in the implementation of the achievements of science and technology, ensuring safe working conditions, working in the Moscow region in this area for at least 10 years.

This year’s honored workers of the industry of the Moscow region are R&D Director, 1st deputy CEO Konstantin Sipilkin, Chief Accountant Elena Posokh and Mechanic of the assembly shop Vladimir Nikolaev.

The Badge of Honor ‘For Long-term Conscientious Work’ was established by Izolyator and is a form of encouragement for employees and veterans of the enterprise, whose individual contributions have had a positive impact on the development and well-being of the company, the competitiveness of the products, and also helped to improve the image and prestige of the enterprise in Russia and overseas.

The badge ‘For long-term conscientious work’ is awarded to employees and veterans of the enterprise for their personal contribution to the development of the enterprise and their continuous tenure at Izolyator.

The degrees of the badge of honor have been established as corresponding to the periods of continuous work experience from 10 to 45 years in increments of five years. The honorary badge of the highest degree ‘Gold talent pool of the plant’ is awarded to staff members upon the onset of 50 years of employment, as well as to veterans of the enterprise.

Overall, 35 Izolyator staff members were awarded the honorary badge ‘For long-term conscientious work’ of various degrees.

On this day, colleagues also congratulated one of the most honored labor dynasties of the Izolyator — the Fedorov-Kiryukhins, whose total work experience at the enterprise is 256 years.

The dynasty was founded by Leonid Ivanovich Fedorov, who came to the plant in 1922 and later became an outstanding figure in the development, production and development of high-voltage insulation technology, one of the creators of the first domestic high-voltage bushing, Lenin Prize laureate, awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor.

In the second generation, the dynasty was continued by Mr Fedorov's son, Valery Leonidovich, who replaced his father as Chief Designer and also made a significant contribution to the development of domestic electrical engineering, whose work was awarded two Orders of Honor and the medal For Valorous Labor.

Today, representatives of the third and fourth generations of the dynasty, the Leading Designer of the R&D center Natalya Valerievna Kiryukhina, the Lead Technical Support Viktor Kiryukhin, and their son, Chief Engineer of the R&D center Pavel Viktorovich Kiryukhin, continue the glorious tradition.
