Well-deserved award of the Moscow region

On 30 September 2021, Vladimir Nikolaev, an employee of the Izolyator Production Complex, was awarded a badge to the honorary title ‘Honored Worker of Industry of the Moscow Region’ at the House of Government of the Moscow Region.

The honorary title ‘Honored Worker of Industry of the Moscow Region’ is awarded to highly qualified workers, executives of industrial enterprises, production associations, research and development organizations, workers of industrial management bodies who have special merits in the development of industry, in achieving high production efficiency indicators, in the implementation of the achievements of science and technology, ensuring safe working conditions, working in the Moscow region in this area for at least 10 years.

Vladimir Nikolaev, Mechanic at the assembly shop has been working at the enterprise for over 44 years. Thanks to his rationalization proposals, the labor intensity of the technological operations has been significantly reduced.

The badge was presented by the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov at the ceremony of presenting state awards of the Russian Federation, awards of the Moscow Region and the Governor's insignia.

Vladimir Nikolaev was awarded the honorary title ‘Honored Worker of Industry of the Moscow Region’ earlier — at a general meeting of the staff in connection with the 125th anniversary of the plant.

The award ceremony became part of an official event timed to coincide with the 92nd anniversary of the founding of the Moscow Region.
