Commemorative event in honor of the 76th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945

On 7 May 2021, a commemorative event in honor of the 76th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945 was held on the territory of the Izolyator Production Complex.

According to the established tradition, opening the annual solemn ceremony, the Izolyator management laid wreaths at the monument with the names of the plant workers — front-line soldiers and home front workers of the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945.

The factory workers forged Victory both on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War and on the round-the-clock labor front. In June 1941, many employees of the enterprise were drafted into the army, and those who were not subject to conscription volunteered to join the people's militia. Those who stayed at the machine, all the war years provided the country's restored power industry with the plant's products and carried out defense orders under the slogan ‘Everything for the front! Everything for the victory!’

Following the laying of wreaths, people carried red carnations to the monument — a symbol of spilled scarlet blood. And also — a symbol of victory, courage and nobility of the victorious soldier.

And then came a Minute of silence. Everyone in those moments was left alone with his memory of those who defended our country and life itself at an inconceivable cost.
