Team building dedicated to the 125th anniversary of Izolyator plant

On 11 June 2021, Izolyator employees had an active team building dedicated to the 125th anniversary of Izolyator plant.

The script for the team building was based on the motives of the well-known television game show ‘Fort Boyard’.

Sophisticated masters of the game do not portend easy victories

The format is based on the principles of team interaction, aimed at rallying and combining leadership qualities and team unity. Here, each participant must contribute to the achievement of a common goal on the team's path to victory. The main idea of the game is a joint search for solutions, interaction and mutual assistance.

The team is ready for trial!

The participants split into several teams and proceeded to the group assignments, moving one after another from trial to trial.

The task of the team is to lead the ball from the side to the center of the labyrinth, preventing it from falling into open spaces. Allows one to identify people seeking to lead and take responsibility for the achieved result

The goal of the assignment is to build a tower of seven rectangular ‘blockhouses’. The task identifies people who take responsibility for the overall result

Joint analysis and the ability to negotiate with each other are required

The meaning of the task is to take out the blocks and put them on top of the structure. Needs general discussion and mutual assistance

Accuracy check. The overall result of the stage depends on the actions of all team members

 It is necessary to disassemble the wall step by step so that the ‘duck’ remained in its place. A joint decision is required which of the elements to remove

The task is to guide a teammate with an impenetrable mask in front of his eyes with voice commands. Needs interaction and adaptation to information overload

Each coin has a double with the same design on the back. Requires interaction and achievement of a common goal through coordinated actions of the entire team

And now, all the trials have been passed and the keys have been obtained, with which the captains of the teams jointly open the coveted cage. After turning all the keys, a mechanism is triggered and a bright ‘rain’ of prize coins wakes up from the cage to the applause of those around them — the game is over!

The team building took place on the days when Izolyator celebrates its 125th anniversary, and a flash mob dedicated to this event became quite natural.

All participants gathered together on one site, where each became a part of the big ‘live’ number ‘125’.
