Visit to the Most-1 Metal Processing Center

On 26 August 2021, employees of Izolyator Production Complex visited the Most-1 Metal Processing Center in Mytishchi, Moscow Region.

The Most-1 Metal Processing Center produces and supplies semi-finished products from aluminum alloys. The Most-1 is a manufacturer of aluminum sheets, cards and strips. The center is equipped with a fleet of hydro-abrasive machines, on which blanks are made from aluminum plates and sheets according to individual customer sizes. Among the company's customers are leading manufacturers of electrical products. The Most-1 Metal Processing Center supplies billets of aluminum parts of high-voltage bushings to the Izolyator Production Complex.

The participants in the talks discussed current issues of interaction under the existing agreements, as well as prospects for further development of cooperation.

In particular, the range, volume and terms of deliveries, as well as technical characteristics of billets of aluminum parts, were agreed, taking into account the plans for the launch into serial production of new types of high-voltage bushings and the requirements of the incoming control of the Izolyator Production Complex.

Also, representatives of the Izolyator Production Complex visited the production and warehouse complex of the Most-1 Metal Processing Center in Mytishchi, where they got acquainted with the storage conditions of rolled aluminum.
