Cooperation with the Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region companies is set to be expanded and to receive a new direction

On 20 March 2023, management representatives of the interregional distribution grid companies ‘Rosseti Centre’ and ‘Rossetti Centre and Volga Region’ visited the enterprises of the Izolyator Group.

Interregional distribution grid company ‘Rosseti Centre’ is the leading electric grid company of Russia. The Company operates in 11 regions of Central Russia, providing electricity to the population, large industrial companies and enterprises of transport and agriculture, socially important facilities, performing grid connection of new customers. The company is headquartered in Moscow. Rosseti Centre is part of the Rosseti Group.

Interregional distribution grid company ‘Rossetti Centre and Volga Region’ is the main provider of electricity transmission and electric grid connection services in the Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan, Tula Regions, as well as the Republic of Mari El and Udmurt Republic. The company is headquartered in Nizhny Novgorod. Rossetti Centre and Volga Region is part of the Rosseti Group.

Rosseti Centre was represented by the Operations Department, Rosseti Centre and Volga Region was represented by its branches: Ryazanenergo, Tulenergo and Kalugaenergo.

The guests were welcomed by Sales and Business Development Director (Russia) of Izolyator Group Alexander Savinov, Senior Sales Manager (Russia) of Izolyator Group Mikhail Boichenko and Production Process Engineer of Izolyator-AKS Alexander Filippov.

During the presentation of the Izolyator Group, the guests got acquainted with its development strategy, the plants and their products. The latest achievements in the development and production of high-voltage insulating equipment were presented.

The visit to the enterprises began with the Izolyator Production Complex. Here, the guests were shown the technological stages of manufacturing parts of high-voltage bushings, their assembly, testing and preparation for shipment to the customer.

Then the guests visited the Izolyator-AKS high-voltage cable accessories plant, where they got familiar with the production process, the most modern technological equipment and samples of finished products.

The visit ended with negotiations, with the parties agreeing on the following:

- to consider the possibility of expanding the scope of existing and prospective joint projects with Izolyator-AKS cable accessories, including the creation of an emergency reserve for the needs of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region;

- to recognize the particular relevance of the hydrophobicity of the insulation of high-voltage bushings during long-term storage in an emergency reserve;

- to run an analysis of the high-voltage bushings fleet in operation and issue an expert advice with recommendations for the repair or replacement of equipment, as well as for optimizing the number of high-voltage bushings in the emergency stock;

- to consider the possibility of full-time or remote training of the personnel of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region under the advanced training programs of Izolyator Corporate University.
