Visit of MR Representatives

On 26 September 2017, a representative of Reinhausen Power Composites GmbH visited Izolyator plant.

Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH (MR) is a leading company within the Reinhausen Group. For 30 years, MR has designed and manufactured insulation tubes from glassfiber reinforced epoxy resin. Based on this know-how and experience, MR expanded activities in the insulation materials business and started production of hollow composite insulators in MR-quality. A specially created company Reinhausen Power Composites GmbH has made those insulators since August 2009. It is a 100 % subsidiary of MR. Under the brand name ReCoTec® (Reinhausen Composite Technology) a continuously growing range of hollow insulators with silicone rubber sheds for outdoor applications as well as without sheds for indoor use is made.

Reinhausen Power Composites GmbH was represented by Area Sales Manager, Eastern Europe Kinga Kastenberger.

The visitor was received by Dmitry Abbakumov, Deputy Commercial Director and Yury Kukhtin, Team Leader, Purchasing.

The sides discussed technical features of composite hollow insulators, delivered by Reinhausen Power Composites GmbH to Izolyator plant as one of the external insulation types used for high-voltage bushings.

The partners also detailed shipment volumes of those items in 2018.
