Visit to ATEF Group of Companies

On 23–25 May 2017, Dmitry Karasev, Senior Sales Manager at Izolyator visited the Large Power Transformer Plant, which enters ATEF group of companies, in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The ATEF Group is specialized in the manufacture of high-quality HV/ MV electrical equipment and turnkey substation installation for industrial, utility, transportation and energy sector customers. Headquartered in Baku, Azerbaijan, the company exports its electrical infrastructure expertise and product range, including transformers, reactors, switchgears, CTS and components, to 35 countries worldwide. The ATEF Group includes a Large Power Transformer Plant. Large Power Transformer Plant is designed for the mass production of high-quality transformers with power up to 1000 MVA and a voltage class up to 520 kV.

The visitor was received by Sales and Marketing Director Levent Denizchigil and the Chief Designer Omar Ozkan.

The sides discussed prospected demands and volumes of Izolyator bushings shipment together with the colleagues from the procurement department.

During the talks, the partners agreed technical requirements, which are applied to the high-voltage bushings, intended for operation in power transformers made by ATEF.

The sides of the talks also gave a lot of attention to discussing efficient forms of interaction and further development of mutually beneficial cooperation.

The hosts arranged for a plant tour familiarizing the visitor with the main production and testing stages of modern power transformers.
