On 1 March 2017, Izolyator launched a new survey addressed to its partners to evaluate the quality of interaction with the company and its key business processes.

This online service should be able to provide an accurate and complete record of demands and feedback of Izolyator’s partners to create a positive environment for cooperation development on a long-term basis.

It offers a five-point grading scale for performance quality indicators of our plant:

• quality of business relations (operational efficiency, decency);
• meeting delivery deadlines;
• meeting technical requirements for products;
• packaging;
• aftersales;
• price level (competitiveness);
• technical and transport documentation quality.

Besides, a website visitor may leave a text comment regarding any issue, which was not listed in the survey.

Izolyator’s quality service will carefully analyze collected information, identifying tendencies and summarizing results, and will use it to improve the system of relationships with the partners.

The only true path of the company’s mission achievement can be possible with an objective evaluation of its activities, therefore we give the highest importance to every partner’s opinion.
