Quality Management System Audit

On 15–16 May 2017, Izolyator passed the second inspecting audit of quality management system for DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 conformity.

The main objective of Izolyator’s quality policy lies in the obligatory adherence to the consumers’ requirements with a strive to exceed expectations. The company’s key value is the trust of the customers, their interest in long term cooperation. The quality management system is implemented at the company and was certified in 2000. There are 39 internal standards in quality area in place. The personal responsibility of every employee for the quality of the products is achieved by a strict order of authority and job responsibilities distribution for every job station.

The audit was performed by TUF Hessen in conformity with TUV PROFiCERT procedures.

TUF Hessen was represented by:

• Ekaterina Schukina, Head Auditor;
• Elena Kostikov, Auditor;
• Elena Khunuzidi, Auditor.

The audit began with discussion about management process at Izolyator with Alexander Slavinsky, Chiarman, Alexander Novikov, QD and Tatyana Vasina, Quality service Chief. All remaining procedures went according to the approved schedule and ended in a positive result.
