Meeting With Representatives of Alageum Electric Holding Company’s of Transformer Plants

On 22 and 23 November 2018, Lead CIS and Baltics Sales Manager at Izolyator Dmitriy Karasev had talks with representatives of Asia Trafo and Kentau transformer plants, which are a part of the Kazakhstan holding company Alageum Electric.

AsiaTrafo — the largest plant in Central Asia for the production of transformer equipment. The main products of the plant are power oil transformers and autotransformers of voltage class 110, 220, 500 kV with capacity up to 500 MVA, as well as reactors. The design capacity of the plant is more than 12 000 MVA per year. Advanced and environmentally friendly technologies have been introduced into production, many of which have recently begun to be used by world manufacturers. The latest production management system is installed on the basis of modern software and experience of world leaders in mechanical engineering, from the development of design documentation and ending with the shipment and service of manufactured products. Kentau Transformer Plant (KTP) is known as the leading Kazakhstan producer of the transformer equipment of wide application delivered for all branches of economy, including power industry, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, transport, oil and gas complex, housing and communal sector. The equipment with the Kentau transformer plant brand reliably works in all territory of the CIS and Central Asia. The list of production of plant reached more than 400 names. During the visit to Asia Trafo plant, Izolyator representative met the General Director of the plant Sergazy Kuntuarov and Head of Purchasing Ascar Kobdikov.

At the talks, the sides discussed the cooperation results in 2018 and progress of joint projects in delivery of Izolyator high-voltage bushings for completing Asia Trafo’s transformer equipment.

At the meeting with representatives of Kentau transformer plant, the sides discussed projected volumes of Izolyator HV bushings delivery in 2019.
