Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Massa Izolyator Mehru Pvt. Ltd.
On 29 October 2020, a remote working meeting of the Board of Directors of the Massa Izolyator Mehru Pvt. Ltd. a Russian-Indian Joint Venture was held.
Massa Izolyator Mehru Pvt. Ltd. (MIM) a Russian-Indian Joint Venture was created by Russian company ‘Izolyator’ and Indian company ‘Mehru Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (P) Ltd.’ to organize production of high voltage bushings with solid internal RIP insulation in India.
The agreement on the establishment of MIM was signed by the heads of participating enterprises at the Izolyator International Technical Conference in India in May 2019.
On October 30, 2019, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India issued a Certificate of Incorporation in accordance with Indian law of the MIM.
The following members of the Board of Directors of JV MIM took part in the videoconference:

- Marketing, Sales and Sourcing Director Mandeep Prakash Sharma;
- Business Development Director Andrey Shornikov;
- Technical and Technology Director Pavel Kiryukhin;
- Finance Director Tatiana Savinova.
Technical Director of Mehru Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (P) Ltd. Chanchal Sharma and Assistant of International Business Development Department of Izolyator Olga Parnyuk also took part in the meeting.

The agenda of the meeting included financial, technical and commercial issues connected with preparation of the planned production launch of high-voltage bushings at MIM.
In particular, the following issues were covered: the completed scope and means of objective control of commissioning, requirements for the technical characteristics of certain types of process equipment, parameters of a pilot batch of the company's products, the procedure for accreditation and certification of production and products and some other issues.

Practical decisions were developed and adopted on the entire range of topics raised, and a plan for further interaction between members of the Board of Directors of MIM was agreed.
