Izolyator Group took the 2nd place in the All-Russian competition of the best practices in staff training

On 9 November 2021, Izolyator Group, represented by its educational division Izolyator Corporate University, won the second place in the finals of the All-Russian competition of the best practices for training workers and mid-level specialists competed.

The result of participation in a country-wide competition as remarkable as that was achieved due to the large and productive work, done and continuously done by Izolyator Corporate University.

The All-Russian competition of the best practices for training workers and mid-level specialists is held annually by the National Agency for Qualifications Development with the support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.

НАРКThe National Agency for Qualifications Development (NARK) is a leading expert organization on the regulation of the quality of training of specialists in accordance with the demands of the labor market, the national operator of the processes of independent assessment of qualifications. Founders of NARK: Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia. The National Agency for Qualifications Development promotes the development of the national qualifications system in the Russian Federation.

In 2021, the competition partners were the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Russia — Country of Opportunities platform and the HeadHunter recruiting agency.

This year’s announced nomination was Competencies of the XXI century: definition, development and assessment of general competencies, meaning such competencies as problem solving, working with information, teamwork and people management, self-management.

The relevance of the chosen nomination is associated with the growing importance of general competencies for professional success and career building, for the development of the human capital of an organization, industry, country.

In total, 123 applications were submitted to the competition from educational organizations and enterprises from 51 regions of Russia. More than 1000 spectators watched the progress of the open final of the competition, which was broadcast in a remote format.

Six finalists, selected by experts at the previous stages of the competition, presented their practices to the jury.

Izolyator Corporate University presented the practice ‘The Future Leader — Conscious Choice’, which, according to the voting results, brought the Izolyator Group the second prize in the All-Russian competition of the best practices for training workers and mid-level specialists in the category ‘Competencies of the XXI century: definition, development and assessment of general competencies’.

‘The Future Leader — Conscious Choice’ is aimed at the formation and development of the potential of employees. As part of the practice, a unique toolkit has been developed that allows to reliably determine the level of development of managerial competencies, as well as the growth areas of employees.

The practical significance of this project is associated with the use of its results in such processes as recruitment, appraisal, the talent succession pool formation for assessing competencies, the selection of the optimal training program and the formation of an individual development plan, taking into account the position and the specifics of the employee's activities.

The finalists of the competition received the opportunity to study free of charge at the advanced training courses of the National Agency for Development and Assessment of General Competencies.

The practices of the winners and awardees will be made publicly available in the Database of Best Practices of NARK. The publicity of effective and instrumentally described practices is an important condition for their support, promotion and replication, popularization of the tools of the national qualifications system, and the development of interaction between business and education.
