On 2 October 2020, a double issue of the Izolyator corporate edition was published, dedicated to the events of the 2nd and 3rd quarters of this year, as well as the main directions and plans for further work.
The key topic of the issue was the event, which was predetermined by the invaluable century-old experience of the plant and the modern level of development of the enterprise — the Izolyator Corporate University was opened.
The university is focused on the most progressive forms of education, offers a wide range of additional professional education programs and all conditions for continuous professional development for Izolyator employees and representatives of partner companies equally.
One more important result of the past period was the successful practice of remote modes of cooperation with partners around the world.
From strategic planning to resolving operational issues in the course of joint work on existing agreements — this and more, was effectively resolved and is being addressed in the videoconference mode. In the future, it is planned not only to apply online technologies on an ongoing basis, but also to consistently increase their share among various forms of cooperation with business partners.
