On August 9th, 2021, the Izolyator company held a remote technical seminar for specialists of Spanish branch of the ContourGlobal PLC generating company.
ContourGlobal PLC is a UK-based generating company that owns and operates power plants with a total capacity of 4,845 MW, operating in 18 countries on three continents. The Renewable Energy Segment (Renewable Generation Group) uses hydro, solar, wind and biogas to generate 1,808 MW of electricity. The Thermal Energy Segment (Thermal Generation Group) uses gas, coal and oil as fuels to generate 2,509 MW of electricity.
The seminar was the result of the agreements reached at the negotiations between ContourGlobal PLC and Izolyator company, which took place in July this year.

The Plant Manager — CSP Palma del RioJose Ramon de Castro Monedero and the Electrical and I&C Maintenance Supervisor — CSP Palma del Río Elisabet León Ávila took part in the seminar from the office of the solar power plant in Palma del Rio in Spain.
Also, via video conference, the Spanish engineering companies EROM and Fatsur took part in the seminar, which were represented by:
Eva Flores Cordon, Planning and Control Departmentof the EROM, specializing in the operation and maintenance of renewable energy facilities; Jose Maria Serrano Inigo, Manager of the Technical Department of the Fatsur company, which provides maintenance and installation of power transformers.

TheIzolyator company was represented by: Chief Engineer of the R&D Center Pavel Kiryukhin, Head of Sales — Europe & Asia Natalia Shornikova, and Assistant of Head of Sales — Europe & Asia Kseniia Parfenova.

The seminar was mainly devoted to high-voltage bushings with solid internal RIP and RIN insulation: advantages in relation to analogues with paper-oil insulation, production technology, installation procedure for power equipment, storage requirements, features of operation and diagnostics.
The main activities of Izolyator company and the nomenclature range of products were also presented.
The seminar was held in an atmosphere of mutual interest and active dialogue. The parties will continue to work together to expand and further develop cooperation.
