SC D1 RNC CIGRE held a meeting on the premises of Izolyator.
Vladimir Ustinov, SC D1 Coordinator and Deputy Quality Director at Izolyator made a short report on the results of the 46th CIGRE Session in Paris and RSEEC 2016 Conference in Bucharest offering to select experts in the activities of the study committee.
- The following experts were offered as candidates at the meeting:
- EG1 Insulating liquids in dielectric systems – S.P. Vysogorets, MRSK North West, V.V. Buzaev Rosseti JSC
- EG2 Solid dielectrics – I.V. Davidenko, Professor at Ural State University n.a.the first president of RF B.N.Eltsin
- EGZ Insulation systems diagnostics – V.A. Rusov, Dimrus Ltd, A.E.Monastyrsky Head of Chair at Saint Petersburg Polytechnical University
- EG4 Insulators and high-voltage bushings – V.N. Ustinov, Izolyator
The meeting attendants discussed work of specialists of the work groups of D1 executive committee and outlined tasks for their continued activities in the study committee’s work groups:
- Leonid Daryan – Technical inspection of UES CJSC WG D1.52
- Tatyana Dubrovskaya – 206.1 at FGUP VNIIMC WG D.136
- Victor Kiselev – metrological provision of electric measurements in industry, Head of dpt, WG D1.36
Also candidates for work groups WG D1.58, WG D1.59, WG D1.44, WG D1.62, WG D1.64 from the study committee were offered for discussion.
The specialists selection for the work groups will be finalized at the next meeting and will be recommended to the RNC CIGRE for approval.
