On 7–9 November 2017, Izolyator plant representatives visited several energy and electrical engineering companies in Turkey.

Çalık Enerji

On 7 November, business talks at the power company Çalık Enerji took place in Stambul.

Izolyator representatives familiarized themselves with the company operation and had talks on HV RIP bushings application in the projects of Çalık Enerji.

Türkiye Elektrik İletim A.Ş.

On 8 November, Izolyator representatives visited Türkiye Elektrik İletim A.Şin Ankara.

Türkiye Elektrik İletim A.Ş. (TEİAŞ) is a state Turkish power grid company engaged in electricity transmission with construction of new power lines and development of the country’s infrastructure using advanced technologies. Since 1970, TEİAŞ has been working to bring the power system of Turkey to the technical standards of the European Union countries.

During the visit Izolyator representatives got an introduction to the company and its activities and outlined perspective fields of long-term cooperation development in delivery of high-voltage bushings for the national energy system of Turkey.

Astor Transformatör A.Ş.

On 8 November, Izolyator represenatives had talks with the management of Astor Transformatör A.Ş. transformer plant in Ankara.

Astor Transformer AS producing the transformers used in the electric energy transmission and distribution. It make production of cast resin dry type and oily type transformers and 300 kV 200 MVA power transformers in its factory having 26000 meter square indoor area on 36000 meter square in Ankara Sincan 1st Organized Industrial Zone. Astor Transformer AS having the biggest production capacity of Turkey with the monthly distribution transformer capacity of 2000 units is among the first 5 firms of the world in its sector.

The sides discussed modern trends of the electrical equipment market of Turkey and engagement in common projects together with cooperation plans for 2018.

Balıkesir Elektromekanik Sanayi Tesisleri A. S.

On 9 November 2017, Izolyator representatives visited a transformer plant of Balıkesir Elektromekanik Sanayi Tesisleri A. S. in Balıkesir.

Balıkesir Elektromekanik Sanayi Tesisleri A.S. (BEST) is a manufacturer of high-quality and reliable distribution and power transformers. BEST is the largest national transformer producer in Turkey. Power transformers from BEST have a reputation for quality and reliability in more than 50 countries. BEST is continuing to grow in the electromechanical industry by enlarging its customer portfolio and becoming a recognized supplier across all continents.

At BEST plant the guests were received by:

At the meeting, the sides discussed technical advantages of high-voltage bushings with RIP insulation, existing and prospected common projects.

Both sides expressed satisfaction with the achieved results at the meeting and confirmed their intention to develop cooperation.
