On 10 August 2017, Alexander Timofeev, General Director of Splav DMZ visited Izolyator plant.
Splav DMZ is a modern foundry in the city of Dubna, Moscow region, focused on production of aluminium and magnesium casting. The core activity of the company is serial and custom-made production of non-ferrous castings: production of magnesium and aluminium castings in both simple and complex configurations, such as thin-walled cases with subsequent mechanical treatment. Splav DMZ supplies cast aluminium couplers for high-voltage bushings to Izolyator. Splav DMZ is a daughter company of Radio-Technical and Information Systems Concern.

The hosts arranged for a plant tour introducing the guest to the production technology of high-voltage bushings with RIP insulation.
