On 25 and 26 September 2018, Izolyator plant representatives had talks with management of ATEF Group and gave a workshop for technical specialists of the company.
The ATEF Group is a worldwide company having nine production plants located in Azerbaijan as well as other production plants located in Russia and Kazakhstan. Beside of large product portfolio the ATEF group is also specialized in Turn-key projects for Power Transmission, Distribution and Generation segments. Having own engineering and construction resources ATEF is able to handle complete Railway projects for electrification, catenary and for signalization. The company exports its electrical infrastructure expertise and product range including transformers, reactors, switchgears, CTS and components to worldwide customers. ATEF Group has grown from a single transformer plant to a worldwide manufacturer having Eleven production plants with numerous divisions that embrace the latest technology and production methods. The ATEF Group is headquartered in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Izolyator was represented by Head of OEM Sales Maxim Zagrebin and Lead Technical Support Specialist Victor Kiryukhin.

At the talks with ATEF Group’s management, Izolyator discussed key aspects of joint activities and the strategy of its further development. The results of the talks have an important meaning for a successful cooperation of the two companies in the near and distant future.
The workshop began with Izolyator’s presentation about the plant and its products — high-voltage bushings with solid internal RIP and RIN insulation. Then, the workshop continued in the form of an open dialogue and professional experience exchange, with detailed study of design and operational feature of Izolyator bushings.

The hosts arranged for a plant tour of the Power Transformer Manufacturing Plant, where Izolyator representatives familiarized themselves with the modern equipment and advanced technologies of transformer equipment production.
At the plant tour, the guests saw a 330 kV transformer, first made by ATEF Group. It has Izolyator 330 kV bushings installed on it — the first bushings of that voltage ever purchased by ATEF Group.
