Gzhel plant Electroizolyator was founded in 1818. The company focuses of production of high-voltage and low-voltage porcelain insulators, including porcelain sheds, used as external insulation of high-voltage bushings. The plant is a modern and dynamically developing diversified enterprise, giving a lot of attention to modernization and application of innovative technological processes, equipment and materials. Gzhel plant Electroizolyator Ltd is a part of Irito Group.

The guests told about the modernization of electric porcelain production process, which was recently completed and complemented with launch of new insulators production line using an innovative technology in isostatic molding method. This patented technology allows for making ceramic sheds with fewer deviations in sizes and having improved mechanical and electrical properties.

The visitors demonstrated an insulator sample, made to that technology, at the meeting.

Gzhel plant Electroizolyator is capable of producing not only with colorless glaze, but also with the brown and grey glazes.

The sides discussed directions and prospects of cooperation, taking into account technical requirements and demand in porcelain insulators.

The hosts arranged for a plant tour, familiarizing the guests with unique technologies of production and testing of high-voltage bushings with solid insulation.
