III Forum of Exporters of the Moscow Region

On 12 February 2019, Izolyator participated in the III forum of exporters of the Moscow region.

Forum of exporters of the Moscow region is an efficient discussion platform for promotion and engagement of businesses to have export activities and creation of an ecosystem supporting exports from the Moscow region. The forum of exporters of the Moscow region gives an opportunity to learn about existing practices of exports promotion in the Moscow region, find answers to the most exciting questions of exporters, set up new business contacts and set a foothold on foreign markets. The key points of the business agenda were: efficiency of existing measures of export promotion, development of new system solutions for growing and maintaining exports, problem points and prospects of online export, successful global market entry strategies.

The forum took place at the Government Palace of the Moscow region. The event was supported by the Export promotion fund of the Moscow region.

The forum gathered more than 300 representatives of the business community — existing and potential exporters of the region as well as representatives of the government, development institutions, expert and academic communities.

The Moscow region is one of the leaders I non-resource non-energy export among regions of Russia. In 2017, the export reached 6.32 billion USD, in 2018 — 6.9 bln USD. Moscow region Governor Andrey Vorobiov set an ambitious target to reach 11 billion USD by 2024 with support of regional manufacturers.

At the forum, the organizers ran discussions for exporters:

• voice of business: export realia in the Moscow region;
• Russia’s online export: problems and opportunities;
• entry to the foreign markets: strategy, support measures, result.
