Introductory visit of the representatives of PJSC Unipro

On April 5, 2019 Izolyator was visited with a familiarization visit by representatives of the generating company Unipro

Unipro (E.ON Russia until June 2016) is the most efficient company of the thermal power generation sector in the Russian Federation.

Unipro consists of five heat power plants with the total capacity of 11,235 MWs. Company’s core operations comprise electric power and capacity generation and sales. Unipro is operating at the Russian market of distributed generation and engineering as well.

Uniper SE, the major shareholder of Unipro, is a leader in the traditional power generation sector. The Company operates in European countries, Russia and several other countries of the world.

The company is headquartered in Moscow.

The purpose of the visit is to get an idea of the main stages of high-voltage bushings manufacturing process and evaluate the technological level of our production.

The group of representatives of Unipro was led by the head of the production and technical department Vadim Moskvin. The group also included:
Deputy Chief Engineer of Surgutskaya GRES-2 — a branch of Unipro — Sergey Ustimenko,
Deputy Head of the electrical repair shop of Surgutskaya GRES-2 Yevgeny Tyutikov,
Chief Specialist of Production and Technical Department Sergey Sysenko.

In the course of the negotiations held, representatives of Unipro got acquainted with the latest technical solutions aiming to maximize the operational reliability of high-voltage bushings.

In addition, our guests learned about the main directions, practical achievements and prospects of the Izolyator plant in the field of international cooperation and integration.

Our guests gladly visited the exposition of the Izolyator company museum, having become acquainted with the main historical landmarks of the establishment and development of the enterprise.

After that we visited the production facility, where the full production cycle was demonstrated to our guests and all the advantages of high-voltage bushings with solid internal RIP and RIN insulation were disclosed. They also familiarized themselves with the Izolyator test center.
