The First Meeting of the Board of Massa Izolyator Mehru Pvt. Ltd. Joint Venture

On 12 November 2019, the first board meeting of the Russian–Indian joint venture Massa Izoylator Mehru Pvt. Ltd. took place in Gurgaon, India.

Joint Russian-Indian venture Massa Izolyator Mehru Pvt. Ltd. (MIM) was created by Izolyator and Mehru Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (P) Ltd. to organize production of high- voltage bushings with solid RIP insulation in India.

The agreement on the establishment of MIM was signed by the heads of participating enterprises at the Izolyator International Technical Conference in India in May 2019.

The meeting was dedicated to resolving priority organizational and legal issues, including choosing the location of the head office, choosing a partner bank, providing the company with a package of documents prescribed by law, adopting and registering the Charter of the enterprise, and a number of others.
