Visit of the management of the Sevcable Group of Companies and the Sevcable Scientific Research Institute

On March 11, 2019, Izolyator was visited by the management of the industrial Group of Companies Sevcable and its member Research Institute.

Sevcable Group is a largest manufacturer of cabling products in Russia. The core manufacturing facility of the group is Sevcable plant in Saint Petersburg. Over 25 000 label sizes, mainly cables and wires, are made at the plants of the company. Sevcable supplies its products to the key Russian sectors of economy and the countries of CIS and Europe. The mission of the Sevcable Group is to supply the strategically important sectors of the Russian industry with high quality cabling products. The group also includes own design institute — R&D Institute Sevcable.

Sevcable was represented by CEO Sergey Yarmilko and Director of Legal Affairs Maxim Ischenko, Sevcable research institute by Director Pavel Tsvetkov and Chief Designer Georgy Greshnyakov.

Izolyator party was represented by Alexander Slavinsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors and R&D Director Konstantin Sipilkin.

During the meeting technical and organizational opportunities of joint development of high-voltage cable fittings were discussed.

The parties exchanged successful experience in designing modern electrical equipment, outlined a plan for further actions and determined the order of interaction in the preparation and implementation of a joint project.

During a tour of the plant production facility guests were presented modern technologies of high-voltage bushings with solid internal RIP and RIN insulation production.
