Completion of the Effective Leader training program

The event was held in accordance with the Regulation on personnel training of Izolyator, which defines the concept in the field of training, personal growth and advanced education of the company's employees.

The focus of the Effective Leader course was on improving the knowledge and skills of the company's employees in developing personal competencies, multifunctional thinking, managerial outlook and psychology, based on the formation of an analytical approach to decision making and personal responsibility for their implementation.

The training was conducted by outside business coaches and practice experts of the highest qualification.

Training in Izolyator under the Effective Leader program

As part of the key personnel development program, 46 senior managers and 41 middle managers participated in training.

Alexander Slavinsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Izolyator, in a solemn atmosphere summed up the event and handed employees certificates confirming successful completion of the Effective Leader program.
