The second supervisory audit of the Integrated Management System of Izolyator
From 21 to 24 September 2020, Izolyator passed the second supervisory audit of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety.
The Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety (IMS) at Izolyator is a combination of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
The key principle of the company’s policy in quality management is the trust of our customers, interest in mutually beneficial cooperation — a guarantee of our well-being.
The main objective of the company in the field of environmental protection is the consistent reduction of the negative impact of the enterprise on the environment.
The principle task for occupational health and safety is to increase the safety of working conditions for company employees, and to minimize the risks of deterioration of the health condition of our employees.
The purpose of the audit is to confirm that Izolyator's IMS meets the requirements of international standards.
The audit in accordance with the TÜV PROFICERT procedure was carried out by the auditors of the German certification body TÜV Hessen.

- Head of the IMS Bureau — Head of Management Systems Development and Control Tatyana Simakova,
- Head of the Bureau of labor protection Panfil Fostikov,
- Labor Protection Specialist Irina Popova,
- Environmental Safety Specialist Alexander Golikov engaged in active collaboration with auditors.

The auditors noted the good level of preparation of the enterprise for the second supervisory audit, the awareness of the staff on the functioning of the IMS, the cohesive work of the team, as well as the compliance of the IMS with the criteria of international standards. The strengths of the IMS were noted, and recommendations were given for further improvement and development of the system.
The auditors presented a conclusion, in accordance with which a recommendation will be sent to the certification body to confirm the certificates of conformity of the IMS in Izolyator to the requirements of the international standards.
