Presentation of Izolyator's new products in the Main power system of the Centre

On 11 August 2021, Izolyator held a presentation of new products in the Main power system of the Centre.

The service area of the branch includes 17 federal subjects with 38 million inhabitants. MPS Centre provides the electrical connection of the United power system of the Center with the power systems of the South, North-West, Volga, as well as interstate connections with Ukraine. MPS Centre is headquartered in Moscow. MPS Centre is a branch of Rosseti FGC UES.

First Deputy CEO — Chief Engineer of MPS Centre Andrey Gorbunov joined the audience of the presentation, which took place at the headquarter of MPS Centre in Moscow.

Sales and Business Development Director in Russia at Izolyator Production Complex Alexander Savinov outlined the key aspects of repositioning the Izolyator brand, due to the expansion of the product range and introduction of a wide range of new services.

Technical Director at Izolyator-AKS Victor Pshennov presented to the audience the result of Izolyator's production diversification — high-voltage cable accessories.

Izolyator-AKS is a high-voltage cable accessories plant within the structure of Izolyator, which integrates the development, production, testing and sales of 126 and 252 kV joints, outdoor terminations and cable connectors for cable cross-sections from 185 to 2500 mm2.

There was also a dialogue with the audience regarding the application areas, advantages, technical characteristics, design features and operation of high-voltage bushings with moisture-resistant internal RIN-insulation. Currently, Izolyator Production Complex produces bushings for voltages up to 550 kV inclusive with this innovative type of insulation.

The presentation aroused great interest with the MPS Centre specialists; in the course of the dialogue, Izolyator representatives gave detailed answers to all the questions of the audience.
