On 28 April 2022, the Izolyator Group hosted the next event ‘Meeting with the CEO’.
The purpose of the meeting is a clear understanding by new employees of the role and place of Izolyator Group in the development of the domestic and global electric power industry, a sense of belonging to the glorious history of the enterprise from the very first working days, first introduction to corporate values and traditions, awareness of the importance of one’s work for achieving a common result, a clear vision of prospects and ways of improvement in the chosen profession. The conversational counterparts of the head of the Izolyator Group Alexander Slavinsky were employees from various divisions of the Group. After a detailed acquaintance with each new employee, Alexander Slavinsky presented the areas of activity, goals and objectives of each of the Group's divisions. An open and interested dialogue took place on the specifics of work in a particular department, the need for individual development and the prospects for professional growth.
