Meeting with the First Deputy General Director of Rosseti Northern Caucasus

On 9 February 2022, Sales and Business Development Director (Russia) of Izolyator Group Alexander Savinov visited the interregional distribution grid company Rosseti Northern Caucasus in Pyatigorsk.

Rosseti Northern Caucasus is an interregional distribution grid company operating in the power sector of the Russian Federation. The company ensures electric power transmission via 0.45–126 kV power grids on the territory of the Northern Caucasus Federal District and performs connection of consumers to the power infrastructure. The company is headquartered in Pyatigorsk, Stavropol Territory. Rosseti Northern Caucasus is part of the Rosseti Group.

At the head office of the company, the guest was received by the First Deputy General Director — Chief Engineer Viktor Abaimov.

The meeting discussed the technical and operational advantages of high-voltage bushings with moisture-resistant solid internal RIN insulation, including the prospects for their use in the power grid.

A large part of the talks was devoted to cooperation in the educational sphere, and in particular to the opportunities and formats for training employees of Rosseti Northern Caucasus at the Izolyator Corporate University.

Education at the university is based on a modular principle, which allows one to quickly and accurately adapt educational programs to the needs of technical specialists servicing substation power equipment.

At the end of the meeting, the parties discussed the short-term and medium-term plans for cooperation in the supply of high-voltage insulating equipment manufactured by the Izolyator Group.
