The results of the functioning of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in 2021 were summed up

On 9 February 2022, the Izolyator Production Complex had a reporting meeting on the results of the functioning of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in 2021.

The Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety (IMS) is a set of complementary management systems that function as a whole in accordance with the requirements of the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The Izolyator Production Complex is successfully operating a certified IMS, which contributes to the sustainable development of the complex, the increase of the level of competitiveness of its products in the world markets. IMS requirements are integrated into the business processes of the enterprise. There is a regular ongoing monitoring of the IMS within the framework of internal audits aimed at developing and improving the IMS.

During the meeting, the management and employees of the enterprise were informed about the achievement of goals and tasks completion in the respect to IMS in 2021, the effectiveness of the functioning of IMS processes in the fourth quarter of 2021, the results of audits conducted in 2021 and in January 2022.

The results of the IMS functioning in 2021 were summed up by the Head of the Operations Support Marina Vladimirova — the functioning of the IMS was recognized as effective.

The evaluation of the effectiveness of the IMS processes made it possible to highlight the strengths and identify problem areas.

It was decided to take into account in further work all suggestions for improvements from the owners of IMS processes.

The meeting also discussed the preparation of the Izolyator Production Complex for the first IMS supervisory audit which is scheduled time in February 2022.

Tatyana Simakova, Head of the Bureau of the Integrated Management System — Head of the Development and Quality Control of Management Systems, presented to the audience an action plan for preparing the enterprise's IMS for the first supervisory audit.

Summing up the results of the reporting meeting, the management of the Izolyator Production Complex emphasized the importance of activities related to the functioning of the IMS and the need for further work to improve it.
