Visit of the management of Hübers Verfahrenstechnik Maschinenbau GmbH

On 19 January 2022, Izolyator Group received a visit of the management of Hübers Verfahrenstechnik Maschinenbau GmbH, a supplier of process equipment from Germany.

Hübers Verfahrenstechnik Maschinenbau GmbH creates technical solutions for casting and impregnation processes requiring maximum precision for electrical engineering and electronics manufacture as well as resins casting makers — from the moment of technological process conception to operation and maintenance of units. Hübers’s offering spreads from storage and conveyor systems via mixing and metering units, degassing equipment, pressure and temperature generating units, casting chambers and moulds to dryers and curing systems. The Plant is located in Bocholt, Germany. At the Izolyator plant, Hübers casting equipment is used for epoxy compounds intended for impregnation of the main insulation of high-voltage bushings, as well as for organosilicon compositions intended for casting the external insulation of bushings.

The purpose of the visit is a personal introduction of the new Managing Director of Hübers to the management of the Izolyator Group and acquaintance with the production of high-voltage insulating equipment.

Hübers was represented by:

Managing Director Dr. Markus Kamp, Commercial Director Hanno Steinzen, Project and Sales Engineer Peter Kats.

The guests were received by CEO of Zavod Izolyator Dr. Alexander Slavinsky, Director of R&D Center Konstantin Sipilkin and

Director of Production and Technical Service Dmitry Lopatin.

After making a personal acquaintance and exchanging contacts, the parties discussed the progress of cooperation under existing agreements, as well as promising projects with joint participation.

Then the guests visited the corporate museum, where documents and exhibits to reflect historical milestones in the formation and development of the Izolyator plant, as well as today's technical achievements and successes in international cooperation are demonstrated.

An acquaintance with the technological stages of RIP and RIN HV bushings production took place at the Izolyator Production Complex. The guests paid special attention to Hübers casting equipment, which is involved in technological processes at the stations of the insulation making shop.

Hübers equipment works with high precision and reliably

In continuation of the tour of the production at the Izolyator-AKS plant, the Hübers management was demonstrated the company's products — 126–252 kV high-voltage cable accessories as well as the most modern equipment for their production.
