Izolyator Group was awarded a prize-winner's diploma for the 2nd place in the All-Russian competition of the best practices for training workers and mid-level specialists.

Izolyator hosted an excursion and a quest for the 3rd year undergraduate students of the Department of High Voltage Engineering and Electrophysics of the Institute of Electrical Power Engineering of the National Research University ‘Moscow Power Engineering Institute’.

Under the social partnership agreement Izolyator Production Complex received an internship for students of the Istra branch of Krasnogorsk College.

On 19 and 20 May 2021, at the Izolyator Production Complex, a full-time training program was provided to technical specialists of Main Power Systems, branches of Rosseti FGC UES — MPS East and MPS Ural.

Izolyator took part in a plenary meeting of the expert group of the analytical session on finalizing the descriptions of general competences for professional standards, which took place within the framework of the project ‘Competences of the XXI century: definition, formation and assessment’.

Within the advanced training program in company management disciplines of the Izolyator Corporate University, an exam on the Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering and Power Engineering course was held.
