History

An ± 820 kV DC wall bushing was developed, manufactured and successfully tested. The product length was 21 meters.

From 2007 to 2010, more than 50 DC bushings were manufactured for voltages from ±150 to ±820 kV and currents from 1800 to 5400 A under orders of the largest companies from Europe and Asia — manufacturers of power equipment. All came with solid internal RIP insulation.

The Izolyator plant has unique historical experience in the design and serial production of equipment for DC systems since their inception in the USSR in the early 1950s.
